The Butlers are based in Kerikeri in the Far North of New Zealand and have the skills and experience to manage property when you are not there, giving you peace of mind that one of your most valuable assets is always well maintained, safe and secure!

Our team has over 60 years of combined experience in the Contruction Industry and Corporate Sector, including Site Management, Executive Administration, Event Management, and Property Development.

Our butlers will:

• Manage your cleaning staff, landscaping staff, and building contractors.  We will check their work before you pay their invoices.

• Complete one-off or regular Property Checks and email you a comprehensive report including photos.

• The Handy Butler will complete small maintenance projects.

• Ensure your Holiday Home is clean, tidy, and well-stocked before you and your guests arrive so that you have more time to relax.

• Store your house keys in a secure safe at the office of The Far North Butlers Limited in Kerikeri.  

• Install a lock box at your property to safely store your keys.
